A Committee to Accuse the President

I had a chance to go over the 911 hearing with a fine-toothed comb last week.
A month before the Condoleeza Rice testimony, I was livid about the accusations Liberal Democrats were hurling at the Admin. concerning the refusal by Bush to allow Rice's Testimony.
They took it as a chance to make it look like Bush had something to hide. He had nothing to hide! Richard Clarke (Former Clinton advisor) refused to testify (actually only asked to speak, not answer questions) before a similar Committee on the millennium bug, and the reason cited then is the same reason this admin. gave.
It is possibly. Precedent setting to have a Presidential advisor speak to a Congressional/Senate Committee.No President would be successful in foreign affairs if the Congress were able to hear every/any details concerning these private meetings with advisors. It's like the confidentiality between your Doctor/Lawyer and you. Only this breach could effect the safety of our nation.
There is and should always be a distinction and a separation between the Pres. and the Congress, for both of their sake.
This Richard Clarke, ranted about how the refusal was evidence of a cover-up. This man is insane.
Speaking of insanity brings me to the reason I am writing. This Woman Jamie Gorelick, is on the 911 Commission. A commission that has a hidden agenda to blame the Pres. and Admin. for the 911 attacks to gain points in an election year. She was asked by Attorney General John Ashcroft (A hero and brilliant leader), why she didn't see it as a conflict of interest to have been responsible for the institution of "a wall" between the FBI and CIA, one that disallows the sharing of classified information including terroristic threats, and to serve on the committee to interrogate her peers.They brushed the question off with , All members have a political back ground and skeletons in the closet. They have missed the point.
The actual noble purpose of this committee is to find out why Intel. was not better handled. The answer is not in front of their noses, it's on the far right end of the committee's table.
Gorelick should step down . Not only that but she should be testifying before this same commission! She was the Asst. Attorney General under Janet Reno, from '94-'97.She was the action/reaction leg of the Atty. Gen's office.
Reno herself testified last week, she joined Clarke in Apologizing to America for 911, to be followed by her conniving counterparts in the Press, drilling the President in his Press briefing Thursday to "say he's sorry" for the events of 911. Give me a cry baby Liberal sized break!!!!

They want Bush to apologize so they will have a sound byte to bash Bush with in Kerry's election commercials and in the Liberal media i.e.: Katy, Matt, CNN, Chris Mathews etc. However I think most people who pay attention see the hypocrisy.
Just remember, if you wake up and become Liberal tomorrow, it stinks to have a belief about America shared by Germany,France,Al-Qaeda,South Africa, Russia,North Korea, and all other Appeasement based anti-American, opressionist,Communist faction on Earth. Al-Jazeera radio as a matter of a fact has been running Ted Kennedy,Al Sharpton,and Hillary Clinton, etc., adds and sound bytes non stop, this kind of hate America first rhetoric is strengthening the resolve of our enemies, and putting our troops in greater danger. These people want to turn our national security and the fate of the world over to the UN. There is no one in their right mind who would rather let a paper tiger, appease first group like this decide how to rid the world of terrorist's threats.
The Left says we are not the police of the world. I say, it's about time we start. There is no other country with our moral convictions, nor with our fortitude that can (or will) attempt to keep this a safe place to live. Kerry says he never would have gone into Iraq. Well, 10 Million free people and a virgining Democracy later, I'm glad to know this stance he takes........Stand by though, he might just flip-flop and agree with me tomorrow.
