Up until now I have been Horrified,Disgusted,Ashamed,Outraged,and I have had a place in my heart filled w/ sadness for the men and women we have lost in this tragedy we are facing in Iraq.
Not until today have I had this feeling inside similar to the one I felt each time a loved one has died in my family .
I am not only fighting back tears ,I am in a place where my outrage at Democrats,Liberals,and even for the perpetrators of this act,is suppressed by my anguish and pain both for this 26 yr young American,and for his family. I am also afraid for the other troops over there. These hooded Arab cowards say they are avenging the atrocities American soldiers committed in Abu Ghraib ,the Iraqi Prisoners abused by our soldiers! This is in my estimation a DAM LIE. These men are surely Alqaeda militants. Hmmm,I wonder if the Libs are ready for a wake up call that suggests that "Alqaeda is in Iraq !" Just as I and most who follow closely already assert. These men are capitalizing on the moral outrage at America for the treatment in these prisons. It

is my estimation that they don't care about the abused prisoners,they just see this as something they can use to incite anti-American senament. NOW do the left and the uninformed realize why Donald Rumsfeld hesitated to spread the news and these photos? NOW do we understand why the pictures that were leaked to the media (thanks 60 minutes) were NOT supposed to be seen. You see the left ran with this stuff as political means to stick a finger in the administration's eye. They (as they have all war long) are playing right in to the terrorist's hand. They are sometimes wittingly using propaganda to undermine the war effort and give ammo to the extremists who do such horrendous acts as the beheading of Nick Berg.
Sure what we did to those prisoners was terrible, but the Left wants to release more photos and videos to help incite more of this kind of thing. The media should leave this alone,THEY need to apologize to America (since they insisted on the President's apology) for the increase in American losses in the middle east and coming imminent attacks here. The administration was dealing with the guilty , there was just today, the start of the 1st Court-martial proceeding regarding these 12 soldiers. There are reasons the public does not need to know EVERYTHING. In Nov. of 2000 we elected George Bush to be our Commander in Chief to the Military. We did that because we trusted his judgment. In times of war we must relinquish any grandiose illusions that suggest we have a right to peak around the corner at the President. Let him lead, Give him the faith he deserves. This man,and his loyal administration will have our best interest in mind. Please do not play into this trap that the media has delved into,if they continue to beat on our troops in outrage over this prisoner thing ; ask yourself, where was the outrage of CBS,NBC,CNN,Ted Kennedy,Nancy Polosi,John Kerry,Al Quaeda,Iraq,Russia,France,Germany etc. when Americans were dragged through the streets in Mogadishu & Fallujah, being hung from bridges,

and decapitated. They have no answer,they will just continue to cause this kind of atrocity by exploiting every tragedy for a temp. ratings boost. I have personally boycotted these media sources,and I am outraged,however, not at the American soldiers, as they would have us focus on. I am outraged at them. I am disgusted that I saw the photos of our soldiers humiliating Iraqis on every channel for a week. NON STOP! But I sat here and watched the media offer a oneline report on this beheading of an innocent American boy. They should be shut down! If in World War I,we had to deal with the likes of the media and Libs as we do today, by the time we reached WWII we would have never mobilized and it's likely we would all be speaking German right now. That is, if we had the courage to speak in a society ruled by Hitler and his kind. Please America, Wake up, don't you see,we need to put partisanship aside. The men and women fighting and dieing for your safety need us to rally behind them and not allow this evil anti-American propaganda into our homes via our TV; It should not be allowed to seep into the minds of our young and impressionable.
This young man who died, should be the turning point in our collective thought process, that causes us to put in perspective,why we are there,why we can't back out now(see: Gulf war I and the thousands of gassed Kurds),and why we must come together as Americans to rid our world of this kind of Evil.
