Ronald Reagan was a hero of mine, and I'm sure of yours. He was a brilliant man, those who oppose his morality inspired dream for a greater America, do so at the risk of appearing ignorant and combatant against the true American dream. They have not, however ceased in their distaste for the man, they have only taken a short hiatus from attacking him and his legacy, they simply must (When the after thought of his passing is still fresh) soften their assaults, and use less overt tactics. The clear distaste for Reaganomics and the legend of the man, is still noticeable even in Saturday's media reports, with the way they peppered their tributes with little inaccuracies and watered down inuendo. They talk out of both sides of their face. If you haven't had the chance to explore the sites and media locations that show him in the positive light, try some of the ones attached to the pics in this page, and do some surfing of actual info publications. Avoid the slander of the left wing propaganda.
Reagan always had a sense of humor. He once said, "According to the experts, I have exceeded my life expectancy by quite a few years. This is a source of annoyance to some." And when confronted with the abortion issue, he said,"I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born."
Even though we all knew it would be coming, I think we just didn't want to accept it......But now, the day has come. Our beloved 40th President has gone home and left us here to carry on. He did not, however, leave without sharing a little of his own love for God and Country with us. Please know that the bilge that the media and radicals will shovel in the days to come, is not reported with intent to clarify. Regan,The Iran/Contra incident, The war on Terror, and the next event, are all going to be talked down and attacked, there will always be SPIN. Use your intuition, and investigate for yourself each thing you hear that may sway your beliefs. Just do as the Gipper did in his time, stare evil in the face, don't be ashamed to call Evil by it's name, don't allow the imagination and tears of the spineless misinformed sway your faith.
