Bush was right about WMD's

When Bin Ladden and his counterparts hit us on 911, they awoke many of us to multiple realities. More than the NY sky line changed.Americans realized that we are the target of many people's hate, around the world.
We realize that we cannot take the path of least resistance. We must root out terror. When George Bush took after the Taliban,Alqueda,Hamas,Islamic Jihad,Hezbollah, and many more ,he had the perfect plan. You see, the heart of the Terrorists was not in Afghanistan, or even Iran, it was in Iraq. Many people might want to challenge me on that, but it is Iraq.
Iraq ,Iran, Syria,Afghanistan,Egypt,Jordan, etc were all connected through an elaborate web of Terror cells.With one common objective,"Kill Americans". Their main source of income was from Saddam himself.
We know why Saddam wanted to defeat America,but many don't realize how he was already going about it.Saddam was using the Oil for Food Program to launder billions of dollars. He was then using that money to fund these same organizations that have attacked us in the past and are planning to hit us in the next 4 months. Bush did not enter the war to avenge his father, complete an Oil pipeline,steal oil,or any of the other stupid, purely political fiction conjured up by the left.
By removing Saddam, we install democracy in the center(Geographically and Operationally) of the "Axis of Evil".We are creating a resistance in the region that will soon stand alone to achieve the same objectives we have.Strategically we are pinning them. They know it, and they are squirming vigorously.
When the news and media present you with all this double talk about pre-war Intel, and "Did Saddam have WMD" etc, Just remember that in 1991,days after our pull out, The Kurds,a nation of 25 million+,were slaughtered in northern Iraq to the tune of 5 thousand+ in one single day.How were they killed? Mustard and serin Gas (WMD-right? I mean is 5K considered a Mass "? I think so.) I have only one question for those who doubt the reasons for going to war with Iraq: If Saddam can get enough gas to kill 5K in a single day,if he was able to kill more than 100 thousand Kurds in 8 years,if he was making so much money through the Oil for Food fiasco that he was compelled to refuse UN inspectors, and turn his back on sanctioned income totaling more than 100 Billion dollars. If he turned his back on that much income, it must have been worth it! It was, he was useing that money to fund Terror against Israel, and lineing his pockets.Why else would he do that if he had no WMDs to hide.If Saddam is known to have ties to Alqueda,if mass genocide to the tune of millions of his own people buried in shallow pits,and the prospect of taking out the hub of terrorism isn't enough of a reason to go to war ,then you need to go and take a deep look into who you are and where you stand as a Human and as an American.
Once more, there are reports now that the famous "State of the Union" speech from Jan.2003 in which Bush said that Saddam was seeking to buy uranium from Africa, well, it turns out it was TRUE. NOW we find out that the British and Bush were not wrong in that assertion after all.What do you want to bet you won't hear that on CNN.
What we are doing in Iraq is right. What we have accomplished in our economy is astounding. The rate of growth in 2004 (GDP),rivals any other year in the last 20! I am sick of hearing the trash that floats around and is regarded as news.Election years are usually pretty intense, but I can't recall, in our country's history,a time when the likes of Moore,Hollywood,the Main stream media and every politically motivated liberal,has been given a free pass and allowed to lie and distort the truth to unseat a Morally just, War time President. It's absurd.
This kind of demagoguery and blatant Judas-ism doesn't stop in the private sector. The Memo put out by Senator Rockefeller earlier this year clearly shows that the Democrats definitely have an agenda to exploit and down right lie in order to bring down the confidence of the American people in the administration.
To do this in a time of war, and at a time when so much is at stake is, in my estimation,treasonous at best.
Lets keep our minds focused on the true reason for our Fight......and may we not falter or sway, but remain steadfast in this pivotal time.
