Today the Supreme Court of these United States of America made their decision in the Kelo et al v. City of New London, Connecticut case and it finds that the Federal Government can take your home and give it to another citisen!

It seems that the town of New London has a small, middle class, community on the banks of the Thames River. A big shot developer has decided it would be a great spot for a large office complex. The city stands to make a substantial profit in Tax revenue. Liberal activist groups say that bulldozing the community will make millions for the city. The Liberal group, "National League of Cities" is the biggest supporter of this action. They say that it could mean more tax revenue for the city and therefore more jobs. They say it will boost the economy. You see, to the Liberal mind, more taxes means more money to be doled out to welfare programs that help keep the poor folks poor and the rich folks rich. Over taxation has always been a tool of Liberals. This time their lust for power has come against our very Constitutional and Human rights! Their success in today's case before the Supreme Court, rapes the fifth amendment and your home could be taken away and given to another private citizen!

The Bill of Rights in our Constitution states clearly in the fifth amendment, "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Note, it says that the implied (US Governmental Authorities) cannot take property away from us FOR PUBLIC USE unless justly compensated. It does not say anything about taking away property for PRIVATE use!! This was put in the amendment to keep the Government from seizing your property unless it was needed for transportation or public betterment. Now the Liberal interpretation of the Eminent Domain law is that the higher tax revenue is 'For the greater good' of the city, so your land is not your own.
David Keene said of the decision, "Today's Supreme Court ruling is a slap in the face to property owners everywhere." He added, "It is outrageous to think that the government can take away your home any time it wants to build a shopping mall,"

Wealthy land owners snatching up land while backed by the government. Hmm, haven't we heard of this before? YES ! It was called the apartheid in South Africa. You may say that this is different because race played a huge part in the apartheid. Think about it my dear confused liberal. What is worse, Class discrimination or race discrimination? Are not both evil?

Knowing what we know about the Liberal activists on the Supreme Court, what did you think the verdict was going to be? The Constitutionalist / Conservatives on the Bench of Kings lost to the Liberals 4 to 5.Conservative Justice Sandra Day O'Connor wrote, "Today, nearly all real property is susceptible to condemnation on the court's theory, any property may now be taken for the benefit of another private party, but the fallout from this decision will not be random," She continued, "The beneficiaries are likely to be those citizens with disproportionate influence and power in the political process, including large corporations and development firms." She went on to say,"As for the victims, the government now has license to transfer property from those with fewer resources to those with more. The Founders cannot have intended this perverse result."

NOW does America realize why the 14 Moderate's deal to keep the Filibuster alive and Conservatives off the Supreme Court was such a black eye to American Christians? Can you see NOW that when Chief Justice Rhenquist steps down after this session, in a week or two, we will be right back in the Filibuster fight again. This time we could see ourselves lose as many as two or three seats to Liberal activists.

The Liberals on the court (5); Anthony Kennedy, David H. Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen G. Breyer,and John Paul Stevens have a majority over the Conservative Justices(4); William H.Rehnquist, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Sandra Day O'Connor. If we lost 2 or more of those four seats, we could see the dilatation of Liberalism and Socialism devour the America we know.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE AS AMERICANS STOP LIBERALISM NOW!

As it stands, no authority in the land (barring a reversal decision on a similar case) can overturn this ruling. If any billionaire wants your land and home, you must step aside and shut up. Your parent's home that they built with their own sweat and blood, and raised children in fifty years ago, can now be seized by the government and given to another citizen. Can you live with this? I can't. We must support the Constitutional option to disallow filibustering of Presidential nominees or we will see our liberty and freedom die.
