Uday and Qusay brought to justice three years ago today

The death of Uday, Qusay and Mustafa

Three years ago today, in the terror laden town of Mosul, Iraq, the boys of the 101st Airborne Division along with Task Force 20 used TOW missiles to lay low the safe house where Uday and Qusay Hussein were hiding.

Of course some derided America's finest, because Qusay's 14-year old son, Mustafa was also killed. News papers and wackjob lunatic leftwing bloggers shed huge tears and referred to the killing of this teen and his evil family in battle, as murder. Lisa Thomas
wrote, "There is surely a devastated mother somewhere, a best friend, a girl who had caught her breath once upon speaking with the teenager. Maybe it will come out that there are keepsakes, first shoes, a lucky soccer ball, a piece of artwork from a child artist. That we have to leave to the movies. OR to those who preserve all they can of their heroes."

Mrs. Thomas refers to Mustafa as a 'hero and legend' while
referring to our soldiers as 'Invaders' and 'designers of this killing'. I think we know exactly who's side she is on. The side that wishes this young man could have, one day operated the rape and torture rooms. According to her and the leftist-always-wrongs, it was his rightful destiny, cruelly cut short by the evil American invaders.

The left claim the boy was sure to be a future hero and since he was young and in their eyes, innocent, American troops should have captured him and afforded him his right to become the successor-to-Saddam.

The fire fight in the Al-Falah neighborhood of Mosul, lasted four hours. The boy, Mustafa, was apparently kept in a safe room according to witnesses, until his father was killed and then emerged brandishing Qusay's gun. He shot erratically at the American troops until his own demise.

For those who would deride our soldiers for not 'somehow' saving the boy's life, I would like to ask a few questions.
Why don't you have the same tear-jerk reaction when truly innocent Iraqi and Kurdish people were brutally tortured, raped and murdered at the hands of this truly evil regime? You give little or no thought to those who would suffer at the hands of this young man when he grows up to be 'Just like Dad'. With all that aside, you still miss the big picture. This young man chose to take up arms against our soldiers. Would you have expressed such heartache if this boy had killed one of our soldiers? Somehow, I don't think you would!
In that case, I think you need to decide just what side you are on. Are you on the side of freedom and liberty for millions of people who surely deserve it, or are you on the side of those who would have Iraqis remain subjected to the whims of madmen? As for me, I am relieved that these sick and twisted men are no longer planning attacks on our brothers and sisters while they liberate more than 25 million people. Thank you American 101st and TF20, God bless you for giving the gift of freedom to thousands of 14 year old boys who were NOT trained to treat innocent people as waifs, to satisfy evil lusts for murder, terror and rape. Those GOOD sons of Iraq surely thank you for protecting them.

I find it interesting how all the neo-conservatives concentrated on the PNAC document, consequently the same orginization which attempted to justify our occupation in the document you sent me (not the same document), because it focused in on Iraq, way before 9/11 2001, and how they needed a new Pearl Harbor in order to win support from the American people to go into Iraq, which by the way is going to break into pieces now. The prime minister of Iraq, Mr. Maliki, I presume, is now saying that the rest of the Middle East is ready to fall apart, won't you please concentrate on Iraq, the place is ready to split atleast into east and west, the Kurds are going to be the third part...etc.
The planned chaos that the right has planned via the PNAC, even before Bush was president, anybody who read these documents knew, that the plan has always been to turn Iraq into an occupied US territory and a battle zone. One of those reasons include so the Iranians are going to be forced to go live in Iraq when we attack Iran. The Iranians are going to have to flee, they're going to be forced to go into Iraq, they're going to knock off the rest of the Sunni's, I don't know how the Kurds are going to work out, the Turks are going to be on our side, but they don't like the Kurds, they're afraid of the Kurds.
Anything these guys have planned has just turned into absolute death.
Much to my pleasure? What a reckless and disgusting thing to suggest.
Just find Osama and get our boys out of that quagmire already.
"Major combat operations in Iraq have ended" my cloachial opening!

Iranians will not be flowing over the border to Iraq.
When we go into Iran we will (if it is done correctly) bomb strategic sites, disarm them and then back out.
I believe the problem in Iran can be dealt with by disarming them and then walling them in with democracies or free systems of government on each side.
As we speak the Iranians are being squeezed like a zit by liberated and free societies in Iraq and Afghanistan. We need not step one boot on Iranian soil to devastate them and free them from the cancer of radical theocracy/dictatorship. All we need is to wall them off and watch them crumble from within.
Sorry to point out that it seems it is much to your pleasure that we haven't found Osama, but it is your own words that suggest it.
When you refuse to see the good being accomplished by those who fight and die to accomplish the goals in Iraq that they believe in with all their souls, and totally ignore them by coyly regurgitating the same phrase uttered by Liberal appeasement firsters around the world.... 'Have they found Osama yet?' He he he..Snicker snort; it would seem that actually finding and killing him would take away a major source of retort and yes enjoyment from those who depend on such hurtful discourse.
I have come to expect better conversation from you.

You've come to expect better conversation from me, Ken, or more appeasing conversation from me? No, I will not submit to your double standard, and all you righties can say about us lefties saying that we need to capture Osama and get out of Iraq,..."well then, you don't support the troops." That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Just like all the right wing pundits on Fox news say about war protesters. Can't you understand that we just don't want anyone to die? How hard is that for you to understand?
And you'll probably say that it's "for a good cause, and if you disagree then you are a TERRORIST! and you're unpatriotic because you're suggesting that their lives were taken in vain!"
That's absolute propagandistic lies so that you guys can get your way. Can't you guys stop lying for just 2 seconds?
STOP LYING!
My best friend is a decorated Marine and a fine republican soldier. But something tells me that if he went dem and ran for office, after you slashed his veterans benefits (which George W. Bush did, and that's an undisputable FACT) you'd smear his character and service, and then suggest that I don't support the troops and that I am the one who is upatriotic.
"When we go into Iran we will (if it is done correctly)...um, yeah IF being the operative word here. bomb strategic sites, disarm them and then back out.
How can we attack Iran, when we can't even figure out what to do with Iraq? Iraq is a disaster zone, even republicans agree. How can you deny that? Well, you can't and if you do, that will indicate to me that you are, in fact, insane.
"I believe the problem in Iran can be dealt with by disarming them and then walling them in with democracies or free systems of government on each side."
Again, we can't even handle Iraq. Let's focus on the problem we already face.
"As we speak the Iranians are being squeezed like a zit by liberated and free societies in Iraq and Afghanistan. We need not step one boot on Iranian soil to devastate them and free them from the cancer of radical theocracy/dictatorship."
Okay...so why is are government poised to strike Iran?
"All we need is to wall them off and watch them crumble from within."
Wow, you make it sound so easy.
"Sorry to point out that it seems it is much to your pleasure that we haven't found Osama, but it is your own words that suggest it."
All I asked was "have we found Osama yet?" to make you come to the inevitable conclusion that no, we haven't, to point out the failure of this administration to follow the will and objectives and hopes of it's citizens.
The fact that he's still out there while all this other crazy s--- is happening is HEARTBREAKING. It doesn't make me, or any other liberal happy to know that the terrorist mastermind behind 9/11 is still alive and free.

"When you refuse to see the good being accomplished by those who fight and die to accomplish the goals in Iraq that they believe in with all their souls..."
First of all - the soldiers intentions are never in question. It's the people that play politics with their lives that are.
Second of all - there have been thousands, THOUSANDS of soldiers that have seen and experienced the fighting over there and either come back democrats or questioned George Bush and Don Rumsfeld's sanity and leadership.
Many soldiers will agree with the sentiment that we probably shouldn't be over there, but they follow orders and have to do what they're told by these neo-con rapture righties in power.
"and totally ignore them by coyly regurgitating the same phrase uttered by Liberal appeasement firsters around the world.... 'Have they found Osama yet?' He he he..Snicker snort; it would seem that actually finding and killing him would take away a major source of retort and yes enjoyment from those who depend on such hurtful discourse."
Worng again, Ken, but I'm just tickled to see you try to paint me as a villain. I ignore the troops? My best friend is a Marine who went over there and i couldn't see him for four damn years. How can I ignore them? This isn't about the troops, Ken, this is about the right wing agenda and money machine.
NO ONE GETS ENJOYMENT OUT OF DEATH. PERIOD.
If anyone is ignoring anything, it's Bush ignoring Osama.
He said it himself, and I quote

"I don't know where he is, I just don't spend that much time on the guy to be honest with ya..."

That statement and that statement alone sums up this entire administration's incompetence.
No one is laughing. No one is snickering. Everyone is too disgusted with people like George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to laugh.
Your comments make me literally sick to my stomach. How dare you sir. Disgusting.
"I have come to expect better conversation from you."

You really don't like it when people disagree with you, do you?
Good day, sir.
